Alissa Bridges is a Mama to two boys who bring her much joy and keep her on her toes. She is also a wife to her high school sweetheart, a potter, and a big foodie... all the way down to her Italian roots!
Alissa believes in the Kind MOM mission because of her own turbulent journey of motherhood having struggled with post-partum depression and anxiety. She believes in the power of vulnerability, transparency, and connection. The community of Kind MOM has brought her back to her peace through Yoga Flow, breaking cycles, and connection with other humans in this journey of life.
