Mission is to help women explore healing and breaking cycles of trauma and pain through a center stage group led yoga flow with Jess. This conferences provides women the space to learn, grow, heal and connect through the process of breaking cycles.

Mission is to give back to our community with full hearts, strong bodies, and kindness modeling the caring actions necessary to preserve our earth.

May: Maternal Mental Health Month & Mother's Day
